| Bio: | There are some things that you should know before you begin this story:
The hero looks very much like the author. His eyes are not-quite-green and not-quite-grey, but not quite hazel either; his hair is a dark-ish mousy-brown that grows lighter in the sun, and growing out to the stage at which can look fashionably scruffy, although that will probably change, and is slightly curly at this length, which probably will not. He has probably not shaved within the last few days, which simply means that his face will be a little blurred around the edges, or at the worst, look rather foolish, like a teenaged boy attempting to grow a beard. He wears glasses, which are, in all likelihood, rather dirty, but not scratched.
He is taller than the author, though, by about an inch or two; and thinner, and better defined, and better looking. His sense of humour is more relaxed, and feels less forced; he is better mannered. Does not do ugly deeds.
His girlfriend, though, is the author's girlfriend; his friends are the auhor's friends; his smile the author's smile. Their interests are the same, and they share a taste in books, and films, and even music. They both like apples, and dislike large crowds.
